There may be times when what you have received isn’t exactly right. If the error has been on our part, we will be anxious to set things right. Please call us right away and let us know what we can do. If there is another reason for returning an item, please see the guidelines below.
Product & Harness Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
Non-harness products may be returned:
- Within 14 days for a 100% refund provided it is in new condition and the package is unopened and unused.
- If product is defective, please return to us for exchange or refund.
- Products returned after 14 days may be eligible for store credit.
Harness and harness parts may be returned under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days for a 100% refund or exchange provided it is clean and in new condition.
- Within 45 – 90 days for store credit provided it is clean and in new condition.
- After 90 days we will follow used harness pricing and consignment procedures.
- Any harness or harness part that failed due to a manufacturer’s error will be replaced by the manufacturer up to one year from the original purchase date.
